How do I hire students for a classroom job?

  1. Select a class

  2. Head to the "Jobs" tab at the top of your page

  3. If you haven't already, set up your jobs so that students can check them out on their end.

  4. To hire students that have submitted applications:

    1. Select the edit button in the upper right of the job you would like to hire for.

    2. Select "Pending Applications" to view applications and resumes, hire students, or deny applications (denying will delete the pending application).

    3. Select "Employees" to see and edit who is currently hired.

  5. To hire students without an application just drag the student from the left side to the desired job and approve the hire.

  6. Select "Show students without a job" to ensure that all students are hired for a job in this class.

  7. When you are ready to rotate jobs, select "Clear all applications." This allows you to clear all employees and pending applications at once.
