Autopay allows you to send your paychecks and expenses automatically, saving you one more to-do list item every week!

How to turn on autopay:

  1. Click Edit Class

  2. Check the Auto-Pay check box to start autopay

  3. Choose the cadence that you would like to send autopay

    1. weekly (on Fridays) to send paychecks and expenses every Friday.

    2. biweekly to send paychecks and expenses on the first and third Friday of the month.

    3. monthly to send paychecks and expenses on the first Friday of the month.

Right now, Auto-Pay will send paychecks and bills on the same schedule at 6am (i.e. if you choose biweekly, students will get their paychecks and their bills on the first and third Friday of each month). Later this fall, you will be able to send paychecks and bills on different “auto” schedules, so stay tuned!

FAQ: I want to pay my students bi-weekly, but send expenses monthly. What should I do?

Set your autopay to biweekly, and simply divide your monthly bills by two. This way, students will receive their paychecks every other week, and will still pay the same monthly bills, just split between two payments. Similarly, if you'd like to pay students weekly but rent monthly, divide your monthly bills by 4 so that it is evenly spread out.
