To protect student data from unauthorized users and to prevent students from creating fake teacher accounts (oh you mean Willam Dafoe isn't really a ClassEquity teacher 🤦🏼‍♀️😂), teachers must be approved before they can access existing students.

How do I approve teachers to join our school subscription?

  1. Click your name and icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Teachers"

  3. This will display all teachers that are waiting for approval for your school subscription.

    1. Approving a teacher will grant them access to your school subscription. This will allow them to view and send transactions to any student at your school, and it will give them permission to approve other teachers.

    2. Rejecting a teacher will prohibit them from joining your school subscription. This means that they will not be able to view or send any transactions to students at your school.

  4. You can also email an invitation to other teachers to join your school by entering their email address and clicking "Send Invite." This will automatically link them to your school subscription when they sign up.
